We photograph the function. Your full edited gallery follows within 5 to 7 working days, in one link your whole team can use.
Answers before you book.
There are three packages: two hours, a half day of up to 5 hours and a full day of up to 10 hours. The price of each is on the package cards above. Extras and additional photographers are quoted with your booking.
As early as you can. Once you have a date, even a provisional one, send it and we confirm availability the same working day. A provisional date can be moved with reasonable notice.
The date, the venue, roughly how many guests are coming and the running order if you have one. On a short planning call the week before, you tell us who must be photographed, from the executives to the award winners to the whole team, and we plan the night around it.
A full, professionally edited gallery, high-resolution for print and web-ready for digital use, in one online link your whole team can view and download. It arrives within 5 to 7 working days of the function, so a function in the first half of December reaches you before the holidays. If you need it sooner, say so on the form and we tell you what is possible.
A half day gives you at least 200 to 300 edited photographs. A full day gives you a larger gallery across the whole day, and a two hour booking a focused gallery of the strongest moments. We photograph the function thoroughly and deliver the best of it, professionally edited.
Yes. With a live editor on site, edited photographs reach your team while the function is still on, ready to post from the room. Tell us on the form and we include it in your quote.
Instant prints, the 360 video booth, the AI magazine photo booth, a team portrait station, a live editor and a highlight video can be added to any package. Choose the ones you are interested in on the form and we confirm what suits your venue and guest numbers in your quote.
