Your event is still covered. Every booking has a backup: if your photographer cannot make it, a briefed photographer from our team steps in, and we bring spare cameras, lenses, batteries and memory cards to every event.

Yes. The week before, we have a short planning call to go through the running order, the people who must be photographed, sponsor and branding moments, and anything that cannot be missed. On the day, your crew works from that list.

Yes. Choose “Help Me Choose” on the form, or pick the closest package, and we will recommend what fits your day. Every package can be adjusted: add photographers, video or guest experiences, or leave out what you do not need. If a smaller package fits better, we will say so.

Depending on your package, during the event, the next day, within 48 or 72 hours, or within 7 working days at the latest. On Live Photo Desk and up, a live editor shares edited photographs while the event runs: at least 30 on Live Photo Desk, 40 on Photos + Event Film and 50 on Live Content Desk. Express delivery and drone aerials are available as add-ons.

No. We photograph the event thoroughly and deliver the strongest professionally edited images from the coverage. 200 to 300 is the minimum for a full day, and we never cap it.

Of course. Additional photographers are quoted with your booking, so a large conference, several rooms or a multi-day event is covered at once. Multi-day coverage is planned around the programme and quoted per day.

Yes. You receive a formal quotation as a PDF for approval, and we work with purchase orders and supplier registration. We are registered on the government’s Central Supplier Database (CSD), and we are a 100% black-owned, Level 1 B-BBEE supplier (EME, sworn affidavit available on request). Government, parastatal and purchase-order clients can work on invoice terms.

A 70% retainer secures your date, and the balance is due seven days before the event. We hold a date for 48 hours while the retainer is arranged. If your event is postponed, what you have paid becomes a credit toward the new date or other media services, valid for 6 months from the original event date, subject to availability.

Yes. Photos + Event Film adds a dedicated videographer: up to 3 planned interviews, an interview-led event story film of 3 to 5 minutes within 5 working days, and two standalone clips. Live Content Desk adds a live video editor on site, up to 5 interviews and three videos edited and delivered on the day, plus a vertical cut-down for social media; its story film follows within 3 working days. A 60 to 120 second highlight montage of your event, set to music, with your branding, in one agreed format. It is strictly a montage: no interviews or soundbites (those come with Photos + Event Film, or as add-ons). On photo-only packages, your photographer films it. It is delivered within 5 to 7 working days, is one per organisation on the first paid booking, and is not redeemable for cash.

Yes, depending on your package. Live Content Desk includes a live video editor and three same-day videos. You can also add a live editor for video to Photos + Event Film, which gives you two short videos on the day: a teaser while the event is on, and a highlight video by the end of the day.
