Event video production starts from R12,500 for up to 5 hours. Your final investment depends on the duration, number of cameras, required edits and whether you need services such as full speeches, social content, live streaming or remote-speaker integration. Choose a level above and tell us about the event; the quote comes back the same working day.
R12,500 covers the half-day video production. A standard professionally edited highlight film is R5,000. For a first event with us it is free, through our First Event Bonus: the full highlight film, worth R5,000, at no charge.
Standard video production includes a professional camera and lens kit, gimbal, microphones and the supporting equipment required for normal event coverage. More complex productions may require additional cameras, crew or specialist equipment.
Yes. Add recorded panel discussions and speeches for R7,500 to a standard highlight-video production. This adds a second camera angle and professional event-audio integration so important presentations can be captured in full alongside the highlight footage.
Yes, when planned in advance. The normal edit price still applies. A dedicated on-site editor can then be added from R7,500 for a half day or R10,000 for a full day to complete selected deliverables during the event.
Standard videography uses one primary camera operator and is ideal when the goal is a highlight film and general event coverage. Multi-camera production uses two or more camera operators to capture the programme simultaneously from several angles. It is usually the better choice for keynotes, panels, presentations and stage programmes.
Standard multi-camera production begins with two operated cameras. The production can scale to larger camera counts depending on the event, venue and programme requirements. We quote up to 8 cameras directly, while larger productions of up to approximately 10 cameras can be planned directly with our production team.
Multi-camera production captures the event from several cameras for recording and post-production. Live streaming adds a director, real-time switching and the infrastructure required to broadcast the programme to an online audience while the event is happening.
Yes. Remote guest integration starts from R12,500 for a half-day production, including the infrastructure and first remote guest. Additional remote guests can be added for R2,500 each. More complicated hybrid events may require a custom setup.
Yes. Presentation integration starts from R8,000 and allows the actual presentation feed to become part of the live programme rather than relying on a camera filming the venue screen.
Yes. The correct platform depends on the audience, event format and interaction requirements. We can use an existing client platform or recommend the most appropriate workflow for the production.

Yes. We travel across the whole of South Africa and have teams across the whole of South Africa, and we can travel internationally where required. Tell us where the event is and we take it from there.
